Summer 2010
Once again we find ourselves having to apologise for a delay in getting the Argus published. Unfortunately, like so many other international travellers, we were victims of the Icelandic ash cloud, being stranded in Michaelwood Services for six months. Hence this edition is a collection of news stories featured in the real paper version of the Argus over the past few months, our apologies if some seem out of date.
This is also the final version of the on-line Argus. The Town Council, having developed the internet all those years ago, have lost patience with the increasing number of dubious uses to which it is put, other than its original intended purpose of downloading pornography.
Hence they have decided to close it down, so we reluctantly have to say goodbye to this medium, though the hard copy paper will still be available, with its weekly free gifts, recent of which have been two-week holidays in the Maldives, a Harley Davidson motorcycle, and others. We hope our interweb readers will move across to this other medium.

For old times' sake
Editor’s note: The Nellswood Argus published an online version of its celebrated newspaper for three years from 2007-2010, to serve the more cyber-aware among Nellswood residents. This site archives the news and other articles that appeared during that time. Early editions can be found in 'Archives'.
